Refund policy

At Nasli Store, we strive to make your exchange or return process as easy as possible. 
Returns: 
Returned items must be mailed back to Nasli Store within 14 days of the delivery date to receive a full refund. To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria: 

  • Item should not be worn. 
  • Item must be in its original, new condition.
  • Item should not be washed.
  • Item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached. 

If your return does not meet these criteria, please email us at naslistoreofficial@gmail.com and specify which conditions were not met. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or return items that do not comply with our return criteria. 

Refund Process: 
You can expect your refund within four weeks of shipping your package; however, most customers receive refunds more quickly. This timeframe includes: 
Shipping time to our facility (5 to 1 O business days for the USA; 15 to 25 business days for other countries). 
Processing time for your return (3 to 5 business days). 
You will be notified via email regarding the status of your refund. Adjustments to credit cards should appear within two billing cycles
